Oil Drainer Faulty Diagnosis And Solution

Oil Drainer Faulty Diagnosis And Solution

Is your oil drainer failing? Do you know what caused it?

We know how frustrating it can be when your components fail, especially if you’re unsure what went wrong.

In this post, we’re going through what can lead to oil drainer failure and what you can do to help prevent it.

1damage/cracks of cylinderextraction of gasoline, brake fluid oil, corrosive liquid, and additive oilextraction of gasoline, brake fluid oil, corrosive liquid, and additive oil is strictly prohibited.
Use of tools to fix or lose the cylinderUse of the tool is not allowed to fix or lose the cylinder, refer to the Disassembly and replacement of Cylinder manual and videos.
over high oil temperature (normal oil temperature 40-50 ℃)prohibited for oil extraction over 60℃
being collidedhandle with care
2cylinder explosionwithout turning off the drain valves between the cylinder and tank before the oil drainingturn off the drain valve, refer to (How to avoid cylinder explosion) for instruction
3cylinder oil leakagecompressed air was not clean, containers of water, dirt, etcfilter and compress air before use
the oil within the cylinder exceeds the oil Warning line, oil is sucked through the vacuum tube back to the vacuum generatorfollow the operation manual carefully, oil within the cylinder can not exceed its warning line
4oil leakage between the tank and lifting pole connectionloose of connectorwrap the connector with tape or sealant
5The vacuum gauge not workingneedle not ticking, loose of needleremove the gauge cup, tighten the needle in place
gauge plate moves upwardremove the gauge cup, press it down to place
6cylinder couldn’t start the vacuum extractionair supply pressure is not enoughadjust air pressure between 6-9Bar/87-130Psi
displace or damage of sealing ring between the cylinder and cylinder basecheck and replace a new sealing ring
cylinder draining valve is not fully turned off or the draining valve is damagedTurn the valve OFF, and start the vacuum to proceed leak test, if there is no oil leakage means the valve is good. If not then please replace a new valve
